June 9 to 12, 2011
The 31st Annual BRECKENRIDGE FILM FESTIVAL (BFF), nestled 80 miles west of Denver in the beautiful and historic Victorian mountain resort of Breckenridge, continues its long tradition of world-class programming and red-carpet treatment for independent filmmakers and Hollywood heavyweights alike.

Screening over 50 films annually, BFF has regularly premiered critically-acclaimed and award-winning films. Past highlights include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, MOTORCYCLE DIARIES, PLEASANTVILLE, LOST IN TRANSLATION, FRIDA, AMERICAN BEAUTY, BABEL, and 2008′s Oscar-winning LA VIE EN ROSE.

Because of BFF’s small-town setting and casual atmosphere, filmmakers mingle freely with filmgoers. Filmmakers laud BFF for the camaraderie it affords them with their peers, and the interaction it offers them with the agents and distributors who attend. Offering film forums, industry panels and parties, multiple screenings of each film, complimentary lodging, and intimate networking events, BFF manages to marry informality with first-rate hospitality.
